Stove In A Can: 4 Stove Value Pack - Portable Hybrid Wood Fuel Cell All In One Camp Stove (non-Coleman/Propane/Canister) - It's Like a Safe, Contained Campfire - Great Gift IdeaStove In A Can is a new, all-in-one patented cooking platform that makes the ideal recreational and emergency stove.

Perfect as a heat source, for cooking in emergencies, as a food storage companion, as a lightweight and reliable camping or backpacking stove, for cooking burgers and brats at the tailgate party, or simply for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the backyard.

Stores safely long-term for cooking or boiling water when an emergency hits and power goes out – an essential component of any food storage / preparation plan. Not subject to legal storage limits like propane and gasoline. Fuel cells do not “bleed off” or decline over time like propane canisters. Simpler, sturdier, more weatherproof, and more durable than traditional propane or canister stoves. Unlike gelled alcohol (Sterno, etc) stoves, Stove In A Can burns like a wood campfire – hot enough to boil water quickly – and unlike tablet fuel (Esbit, Triox, etc), Stove In A Can is not made of toxic chemicals.

Environmentally friendly – the packaging IS the product; can be lit, used, extinguished (by placing the lid back on the can), and re-used multiple times. Fuel cells can be partially burned, extinguished (with the lid) and easily re-lit. Soot from cooking remains on the inside of the can while the outside remains clean – unused fuel cells and metal components can be securely and portably stored inside the can after use and then used again later. Because the Stove In A Can is not an “open pit” fire, it can often be used where campfires are not permitted.

Works well in windy, rainy and sub-freezing conditions.

Fuel cells can be completely submersed underwater for multiple days, removed, and lit immediately with ease after merely shaking the water off. Fuel cells also serve as amazing fire starters in extreme weather conditions.

Will support up to 300lbs.

Camping-ideas for your course of bonfire

I have been camping since the age of five. I thank my dad to get involved in a great outdoor activity. Perhaps camping isn’t so much a novelty for some as those who can live on a farm or in the country, but for us City Slickers, camping is a way to relax outdoors and get away from it all.

When you are kid camping offers the fun to be outside all the time playing in the dirt, trees, throwing stones and much more. It’s all a dream boy when they go out. For adults, about getting away from the office or work and enjoy a tranquil Pacific. With chirping birds, wild animals scurry through the campsite and the best part of everyone sitting around the campfire telling stories ranging from times past, scary stories for jokes that children don’t hear once they go to bed.

The campfire not only provides an environment that storytelling, it also gives you the possibility to cook meals over an open flame and give your food a flavor that you won’t get only in a grid or gas cooking stove. And if you’re like me and rather camp in the colder months, campfire provides the heat necessary to keep it sitting outside.

Long ago we start our Campfire using much of old newspapers and then stacking (in a format of pee tee) small branches at the top and then set the newspaper in flames. In a matter of nice would not have a fire going. Today I will occasionally use old newspapers, but I found a couple of options work so good.

After my wife and I moved into our first home ownership came equipped with some pine really nice. Of course, what pine produce? Pine Cones. I started to collect cones on a bucket that fall and take them with me when I go camping. A handful of with some branches on top and you get your fire going on a lickity split!

The next item that I found to be very useful for my Campfire is dryer lint. Yes you heard me right, dryer lint. I took a handful of dryer lint one time camping and putting a match near him and he fired incredibly fast. So if you have a dryer at home to clean the lint receiver after each use and then save the cloth for when you go camping. Makes a great fire of initiation.

OK, so you don’t have a hairdryer, you don’t have a pine or living near any and you would rather Recycle your newspapers instead of burning them, so what do you do? There are also options left for you, not fear. You can collect leaves in the campsite, stack the twigs in and away you go, but if the leaves are wet will be out of luck. Nowadays, in any shop of sports you can catch fire environmentally correct beginners.

These fires beginners are specifically formulated to start your fire camping and the best part is that they are good for the environment. The cost about a buck a piece or less, depending on the size that you buy and where you buy them naturally. Put one in the center of his ring of fire camp, put wood on top and then light both ends. They work like magic.

So there you have it. A variety of ways you can get your bonfire started so you aren’t left out in the Woods cold and dark, wondering how you’re going to cook their meals.

I just moved to this house and it has a wood burning stove. I’ve never had one before.

When i have it going, there is a strong campfire smell. I have the vents open and everything. it even makes my clothes have that camp fire odor.

Should it smell that strong or is there something wrong?
